MEET TAYLOR
Dr. Taylor Hyde earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from AdventHealth University in 2021 and completed a sports residency program with AdventHealth in 2024. In addition to being certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she holds certifications in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) through Owens Recovery Science and dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. With a passion for outdoor sports, including snowboarding, canicross, and triathlon, Dr. Taylor Hyde is dedicated to helping others get back to the activities they love. Whether it’s optimizing recovery, enhancing movement, or preventing injury, she provides personalized care to help individuals reach their performance goals and return to their sport.
