  • Your first session is all about you—your goals, your sport, and getting you back to doing what you love. We’ll kick things off with a conversation about your injury or concern, training history, and what you want to get out of therapy. From there, I’ll guide you through a movement assessment to see how your body moves, where it might be compensating, and how we can optimize your performance.

You’ll get hands-on treatment and customized exercises during that very first session—no waiting weeks to start feeling better. I’ll also break down what’s going on, why it matters, and how we’ll tackle it together.

Wear something you can move in, like workout clothes, and be ready to get after it. Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to move pain-free, we’ve got a plan for that.

  • Each session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one, focused entirely on you and your goals—no bouncing between clients, no fluff.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your diagnosis, your movement patterns, and what we find during your initial evaluation. Some people just need a few visits to fine-tune movement or get past a minor issue; others benefit from a more structured plan to rebuild strength, stability, and confidence over time.

The goal is always to get you back to your sport or lifestyle as quickly—and as sustainably—as possible.

  • Yes! I love working with youth athletes to help them move better, prevent injuries, and build the strength and mobility they need to perform at their best. Whether they're just getting into sports or training for a big season, I tailor each session to their unique needs, ensuring they get the most out of their time on the field, court, or track.

I’m passionate about educating young athletes on proper movement patterns and injury prevention to set them up for success in both their sport and everyday life. Let’s get them back to doing what they love—stronger and safer than ever.

  • Nope—you can come straight to me without a doctor’s referral. Colorado is a direct access state, which means you can start physical therapy right away without jumping through hoops. Since I operate as a cash-based provider, you’re not tied to those restrictions—but if you plan to submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, it’s a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see if a referral is needed.

  • I’m an out-of-network, cash-based provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly—but that’s actually a win for you. It allows us to spend more time focusing on you (not paperwork), customize your care without insurance limitations, and get you better results, faster.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • The short version? More time, more attention, better results.

In traditional in-network PT, therapists are often juggling multiple patients at once, stuck to insurance-driven protocols, and limited in how they can treat. That means less one-on-one time, cookie-cutter care, and slower progress.

With my model, you get 60 full minutes of focused, one-on-one treatment every time. No rushed sessions. No handoffs to techs. No “just do these exercises and we’ll check in next week.” Every visit is personalized, hands-on, and designed to actually move the needle—whether you're chasing a PR, hitting the slopes, or just want to feel good in your body again.

This approach puts you back in charge of your recovery and performance.

  • I make it easy to pay with the method that works best for you. I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, Venmo, and good ol’ cash. Payment is due at the time of service, and I keep the process simple so you can focus on feeling your best, not paperwork.

  • As of now just Eagle and Pitkin County!
